I've been thinking about try all weird stuff such as:
pour milk in tea, pour milk or sugar in soda "Squirt", make coconut milk and chicken soup, cherry dip in cream cheese, and other stuff like that.
Why do I keep think those sounds delicious?

I drink milk in tea all the time; milk in soda doesn't sound gross (it's almost like a soda float [as in root beer float], except I wouldn't add more sugar to a sugary soda); coconut milk and chicken soup gives an exotic flavor; I'm not sure what cherry dip is, but strawberry jam and cream cheese is delicious!...
It sounds like you just like to mix dairy products with stuff. Not weird, just different. Maybe you're feeling bored in your life and are getting excitement by experimenting with foods/ dairy products! :)

pouring milk and a smidgen of sugar in lipton tea or any other brands is delicious; similiar to the color of coffee yet not strong like coffee. i have not experienced these other items that you mention although the cherry dip in cream cheese sounds like a winner. recently i was in the grocery store and thought several moments about buying a can of coconut milk. i didn't know what to do with it---i just thought that it might be a tasty, and different kind of drink. but i chickened out, and left it there. now, i'm thinking that i should try it. and you should try the milk and sugar in the tea---you won't be disappointed. enjoy.

Since people can experiment in science labs and people can experiment in making perfumes, etc. etc. then certainly what you want to do would be interesting. Why not encourage that and get more creative then open a high class restaurant. As long as the food tastes good together after you've mixed it, there will always be an interest in your creativity, and people would be willing to pay for that.

Maybe you are just about to invent the next best thing! A lot of foods that are normal to us, were considered weird years ago. I don't think that there's anything weird about your concoctions, you are probably just trying things you like, only in a different way than usual. I do the same thing - sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's not! Good luck with yours!

You're experimental. Most people are risk-averse when it comes to food. It's something you should be proud of! (Just don't damage your stomach ;-)
