it all has to do with your hormonal changes even new born babys can have milk secretion because of their hormones.

It's just fine, you know your body, and if they leaked with the first pregnancy, they will leak with everyone you probably have. A small amount is considered normal, if they really start to flow, like when your milk comes in, or if you have pain; or the color is anything other than clear/or milky Call you OB/GYN immediately. Good luck..: )

Honey don't worry about it. Everything in your body develops quicker in preparation for a baby the second time around and so on and so forth. So just get the breast shields and smile. You only have 3 more months until you get to greet your new family addition. Congrats and good luck.

Remember that everyone develops differently and especially with your second child things can develop more quickly as your body has been through the process before. Good Luck

It's ok. I'm not that far along, but my sister in law is 5 months and they've already started.

If you are having multiples, this is more likely. More hormones. It can be normal w/single baby's too. You are fine. If you are concerned talk to your ob/gyn about it.
