how to delete search word from pc?

Question

on my pc when ever i search some files that word gets stored there so any body can come to know which file i was searching there is no privacy.How do i delete those search words please help .only serious answers please

Go to the website, which you have used for searching. Click on the search text area.

Try typing the text that you need to remove. When you begin to type a drop down containing the text will start appearing select it with mouse and press delete from keyboard. This will remove the search string from cache.

Right click on start then goto properties
on start menu tab click on customize
then go on advanced tab and click on clear list button.
from there ur all search history will delet automatically
and if you do not want to show ur recent document list then uncheck
"list my most recent document"

Right click on your taskbar (blue bar at the bottom ofthe screen), select Properties. In a new window click on "Start Menu" (at the top). Now if
1. "Classic menu" selected, click on Customize, and then Clear.
2. "Start Menu" selected, then click on Customize, Advanced, Clear List

Is this for Internet?

If it is, there should be a "Tools" option. Then click "Internet Options". There, you can delete all of the things that you typed on the browser.
