For sheer over the top prescence on screen and not just being a bit of a walking talking clothes horse (or bikini horse) I would vote for Famke Janssen in Goldeneye. A kick bottom pilot, sexiness to burn, lethal with a machine gun and a set of thighs and just oh so slightly psychopathic to boot. A Bond girl who breaks the mold.
