Just updated my Internet Explorer to 7

When browsing I prefer to just type the url with out the "www" so google.com instead of www.google.com. Ever since I updated my IE it gives me this error message (link below).

I went into internet options and couldn't find a solution.

the solution is to remove the damn thing! IE 7 is full of bugs and has been crashing computers all over the globe. I would use the old version IE 6 till they fix the bugs. you can read about this at http://www.pcworld.com

Mine did that and i just altered my auto complete settings and enabled it.
click on Tools
Internet Options
Content
under Auto Complete click on Settings and check box for all then click on OK twice
Viola !
It's fixed!

If that doesn't work, reduce your medium Internet security settings to run Active X and Flash. This has nothing to do with the HTTP search but when cruising the net, you will see in IE7 that some flash and active x are disabled by default

How about just typing google and hit the ctrl and enter at the same time? Works only for .com addresses.
