You could, but if you are not sick then you are not being honest with your employer and you don't deserve to work there.
They put good faith into giving you vacation time off.
You should return the favor by being there when you are supposed to be and saving your sick time for when you really need it.

Why go to work at all.
Its not like you need the money is it?
But if you need the money then it would be best to get you backside in to work on time or you may not be having any more vacations.
But you could have a lot of time off.
