How about none. If you are over-eating purely for emotional reasons, then don't over-eat. Face your problems instead of trying to find healthy foods you can pig out on. Whether you're eating too much candy or too much celery, you're still over-eating.

I heard this one on Oprah. When you want to eat but don't need to eat put a Listerine breath strip in your mouth to turn off your appetite.

well stay away from starchy foods like potatos in any form. drink a glass of water every 45 minutes. but be careful if you have acid reflux. also drink mint tea.

Low in carbs, salt, sugar and taste.

i usually have fruit or smoothies. they always make me feel better plus there isnt many calories in them and it counts as your vitamin intake.
