because- once you make your name in the bollywood industry it is impossible to shake it off. People know you, you get publicity. Madhuri Dixit obviously wanted her children to grow up away from all of that. In California, yes, there must be people who recognize her from films, but for the most part, she is a relatively normal person, not the famous film star.

You should ask whether her husaband would like her to do a dhak-dhak with another man. She also have two childrens to look after. May be someday, she will be back as someone's aunt or mother.
