I just came back from Italy, the southern part of Italy and I am missing their pizza! There has to be a place in Southern California that makes it just like them! Anyone know?

I assume you mean pizza that is small, thin, bubbly, crisp, and with minimal toppings.

Forget Nick's Pizza, it's American pizza (Large diameter, thick bready crust, and heavy toppings).

You can try Calentino's just down the road from Nick's Pizza near Harbor and Adams. I recommend requesting they make it thin. But their style is more New York, not Italian.

You can also try any of the California Pizza Kitchen chain's Neapolitan Pizzas. The Margherita is likely close to what you are looking for.

There are some undesirable places for pizza in Chicago yet not many. Uno is a fave of mine. move early to evade the lengthy line. sit on the bar for swifter provider. A block away is Due...similar pie. Lou Malnati's and Connie's are small chains with some places scattered about. both have skinny, thick and deep dish varieties. Gino's East has 3 places on the North area. verify telephone e book for addresses. similar is going for My Pie. This position makes use of the maths image for pie. i will't make it in this keyboard. ignore asking a motel or cab driver. i ought to ask a cop. or perhaps extra powerful a fireman. they have been operating contained locally you're in and comprehend each and every of the eating places

John B has a great answer, but I'd have to agree with the chap below him as there really is no "great" pizza west of the rockies. I'd give anything plus my sister to get a good, real ZA!!!!
