Well, for one, don't use a bunch of question marks. They will think you are an idiot. Same thing for saying "like."

Usually, you just have to go to their website, type in your address, and hit "send me info."

Many colleges have websites where you request information electronically. Also, by calling the department you often get more details about the program.
