to live up to the spirit of equality and diversity.... should blacks be forced to have 5 white friends for every black friend they have in accordance to population quotas?

I have no ill feelings towards people of any nationality race bla bla bla. I dont pretend to have any black friends simply to put on an act. I just associate with my white friends and we talk about business and things which others may find mundane. Is that racist?

Tribal affinity, it's called. Yes. We like what we attract and we attract what we project. We project who we think we are....

No, I don't think so, because whenever I take those online singles compatibility surveys my matches are almost always white males with a sprinkling of Indian and Chinese men.

Racism comes down to fear and ignorance.
An ignorant person says: a few rotten apples spoils the whole bunch. They cannot distinguish the individual from the group.

A fearful person says: It's him or me, better him, than me. They are in constant survivor mode, they will make do whatever it takes to make sure that they make it to the top and stay there. When the reach this imaginary "top" they revert to ignorance to deal with the unexplained unhappiness they still feel even though they are at the "top."

No, No. Putting 5 white friends to one black person is just organisation. That's not a right reason to do that. You still or some ppl still wouldn't like that. Why force them to do something like that. You understand the description of discrimination. Stop pretending not to know. You know, because it would be terrible if someone did that to you.

Racism is having a dislike or disdain of any entire race based solely on that regard. I don't know where you live, but exacting a quota on friendship by color to determine racism is ridiculous. There are different places in America that have different concentrations of seperate races, so that logic would imply that people in different areas would have to live by different rules, or change friends if they moved.
Racist people would, however, by definition probably only associate with people of their own race. Due to feelings of superiority, fear, or ignorance-not because of any kind of statistic or population ratio.
