Apparently, from what i saw on U Tube Clay Aiken put his hand over her mouth and throughout the show was being "disrespectful"? Well. don't get me wrong, I'm a long time fan of Kelly Ripa from the All My Children days, but listening to her tell Regis about it on the following Monday just made me dislike the new Kelly. She seems so into herself, it's not really because she thought Clay shouldn't have put his hand over her mouth,because she has a point there, but she just went on and on about how he made fun of her,etc. In my oppinion, i think Clay was acting the way he thought they wanted him to. After all...Regis acts like that towards Kelly and it's a big hit. Now, as for what Rosie O. said, well she's a nut job anyway...does anyone agree that Kelly over reacted?

I saw an interesting clip that shows Kelly doing the exact same thing to Regis on previous shows. At least three times she had put her hand over his mouth to shut him up. That means that not only did she over react, she's also a hypocrite. Not sure what Rosie said but that's all I know

Yeah, that was pretty bad. She acted like a little girl mad about something during the show. Clay is a strange guy, Kelly is a Cathy wanna be... If it wasn't for Regis, would anybody watch that show. Gotta keep the ditzy co-host in check...

Personally you should try to watch that show when clay did that instead of hear say ....watch it from beginning to end....then make your call............I think they all kept it going ....even clay did on the music awards...but i don't think he should have acted the way he did at all..........I want to know if he thanked Rosie for letting him out of the closet cause last time I checked he wasn't saying if he was or not , but Rosie was saying that Kelly made a homo remark,,,,,,,,,,,,hmmmmmmmm.....Does Rosie no more then we do..??????

Yes, I saw it. Kelly reacted normal. I think she & Regis can do whatever. It is their show! Clay was out of line as a guest host.

It should have been dropped the moment it happened but celeb fights just raise the stink, and people like us actually have conversations about it a week later. Rosie was just cashing in. She reads, or her people read for her, the celeb gossip sites, and decided to raise some of her own stink. The phone convo, was all arranged to 'duke it out'. Clay's bit on the AMA was just extending his 15 minutes. If he hadn't done that bit, we'd be back to talking about Desperate Housewives.
