Is this really for us to know? I think this is up to the President of the United States and his Military to make the decision as to whether or not he wants us to know.
I agree it would be nice for all families to have a date to have their loved ones home. I am just un sure that announcing it on national TV is always the right thing to do.

Not a date as such. Any time for withdrawing should be established by seeing a stable Iraq or it will be in worse shape than when we went in and will be even more dangerous...
