I will give you your serious & correct answer.
when the guy comes - he discharges some electrical energy from his nervous system. this weakens him
when he comes - his brain releases much SEROTONIN into his blood. And serotonin is a calming, sleep - inducing neurotransmitter. releasing it makes a man sleepy.
when a guy comes - he LOSES quite a bit of NOREPINEPHRINE (aka adrenaline) and he also loses stores of ACETYLCHOLINE.
these 2 neurotransmitters, are stimulating and alerting chemicals in the brain to keep the man alert & awake. So if he loses some of these stores. he naturally will feel fatigued.

Unlike the woman who produces once a month, the man is producing all the time. After the ejaculation, he must rebuild the semen etc. That is why he gets so tired. Also there is a theory that this also causes men to die earlier then women, but I do not believe it.

I don't know the medical answer but I feel it is because your body is tired from all the work that it had to do to achieve ejaculation. Ejaculation isn't achieved without work to get the blood flowing. No matter if it is with someone or with yourself.

Every ejaculation a man has contains between 35,000,000 & 50,000,000 sperm. Very simply stated, it takes a lot of work of the body to produce this sperm and a man needs to rest after an orgasm to produce more sperm.
