I chew Tums like crazy. It works pretty good for me. I also elevate my bed slightly so my head is higher than my feet. That helps when sleeping.

Take tums- if you are over the age of 30, have someone drive you to the ER if the tums does not relieve your symptoms- you could be having a heart attack, indigestion is often mistaken.

If you have some maalox or some sort of antacid take that, if not try drinking something alkaline (to balance out the acid) like milk.

baking soda. the directions are on the box. It's not great tasting but it does work. I'm pregnant and can't take anything besides tums or this.

milk always made mine worse.. try yogurt, the life bacterial cultures is good for digestive problems.. you could sprinkle a bit of ginger powder or anise seeds on the yogurt.. both good for nausea and digestive problems

ginger capsules, walmart has them
daughter took prilocet and ran out , we tried them and shes off dr meds now and doc said it looks like its healing as well...take 1 capsule 15 minutes or so before you eat each meal

have you tried milk. or over the counter stuff. also sit up after eating. cut back on the pop, spicy, tomatoe type foods.
