This simple saying, "I care", implies one's consideration, politeness and taking care of someone under one's responsibility/duty as a good fellow student. In brief, we do so to help others who're, for some reasons, suffering or in need of help or good, practical advice. Therefore, whenever one says, "I care", it's powerful enough to change others' ways of life and in retrospect, it may enlighten other people to say so and follow suit.

It means that I want you to believe that I do care!
Future is uncertain - not in anyone's hands to guarantee anything for sure ..... not even death since the time of death is uncertain!!

I care means leave me alone.
My future is in my hand is just a bad way of saying you will screw up and it's your fault.

It means that someone has placed someone else as the sole principal of thought in good matter...... It is a state of mind....
What they do with that thought, is another matter..... If it is good, then, they care.....

"I care " just means, "I am consciously doing things , since I am aware that I have to be 'life positive' in all my actions, and way of being"......
That should comprehensively cover all other derivative qualities !

For me, "I care" is just one step away from saying "I love" and sometimes, that is exactly what is meant.
