Is UMass goin division 1-A in football?

I Know Western Kentucky is but i want to know about Massachusetts because they could be pretty good in Division 1-A

I don't understand why Western Kentucky is moving up, but at least they're moving to a conference that they could be competitive in (Sun Belt). U-Mass could be in trouble if they moved up, for there's not any conference up there that would be a good fit for them except maybe the MAC, and I think Toledo, Bowling Green, Miami (Ohio) and etc. would hammer U-Mass regularly, so they're better off staying in 1-AA Atlantic 10.
