With a 38 inch chest and 26 inch hips, this would be a very top-heavy individual! 26"??? Little girls in grade school have much larger hips than that. If you really have a 38 inch chest and only 26 inch hips, I would be worried that you would keep falling flat on your face. Oh no, wait, your boobs would hit the ground first....
