If you could create a kids cartoon show, what would it be about?

if you mean kids kids anime i would create a funny one. probably detective with sherloc holmes kinda cloths, 2 main caracters-two girls, a little brown cat as a helper and a spider as a the smartest part of the team. they would solve something simple but jet complicated. it would be a cartoon with alot of word games and funny sarcastic dialogs........ah, is it just me or this sounds weard.......

i would create a fun loving group of friends that are detectives. All the Friends are human except the dog that has a speech impediment. They try to catch the bad guy and after each episode the bad guy claims "I would've got away with too. If it weren't for those kids and their dog" and then the dog mutters something to the effect "Scooooby Doooby Doo". That's what i would do, but thats just me.

Oh, probably it would be called Zoo City and on this fictitious town the mayor would be a confused giraffe, the richest character would be a terrible eagle, the most famous band would be leaded by a sassy tigress and the most incredible reporter would be a shy turtle.
