What is the fastest way to get rid of a hickey?? I have a huge hickey on my neck I need to have gone - What will make this thing go away?? Any suggestions?

A hickey is a bruise, contusion, hemotoma. In other words, it is an injury to the tissues of your body.
With that in mind, the best way to get rid of one is not to get one. :o)
Treat it as you would any other bruise or injury. Use makeup to cover it.

Cover it up with a little powder, and if you have long hair wear it down for a few days.

apart from not having it in a visable spot you can use concealer stick, that matches your skin tone you need a lot but make sure you blend it well and you can't detect it unless up intimately close.

Ice it to reduce redness... but nothing really works.
