There was a stray great white about five years ago. Mostly it's gill sharks (who don't attack humans) and dog sharks. No one has ever been attacked in Puget Sound.

Yes, it's possible.. but not very likely. Pretty cold in Puget Sound. Most Sharks like warmer water.

It may be possible but unlikely. Puget Sound is generally too confined for sharks, they prefer open water. But watch out for the giant pacific octopus, they do live there.

The sharks off the western coast of the continental US basically migrate for lack of a better word and in summer months travel up past Washington state and Canada and in winter travel south to the coast of California and Mexico. Why? I imagine the things they eat make that trek and they track them. Are they confirmed man-eaters? I don't know about that. I seriously doubt you'd be eaten by a shark up there. The water is so cold it kills you in 30 minutes, but it knocks you unconscious in 20. So even if you were bleeding the odds would be about one in ten million I'd say, better chance of being struck by lightning.

Do an experiment. Throw in a politician. Hold on, that may not work, even sharks have some self respect.

You probably won't find any sharks there that actually EAT men, but there are potentially dangerous (but not likely to attack)sharks there.
Here's an article about them:
