you need to find that out by calling the company and asking who is in charge of the HR department. If you can not do that for some reason, there should be a contact name on the on line job offer. I have sent many many on line cover letters and have always managed to get a name. How bad do you what the job! What kind of impression do you want to give?

That works, remove the quotation marks around Microsoft.
