We knew each other just over a year before marriage.
We will be married 7 yrs in April
Letting God come first. Willingness to try to work things out -vs- walking out, avoiding doing the things that upsets the other. Not wanting to be alone.

I met my husband when I was 14 yrs old and we dated for 2 weeks then I broke up with him for one of his friends. I ended up marrying his friend 10 years later. but I aways had feelings for my "now" husband. We worked together in a restaurant and I would see him every day but I was married at the time and so was he but then I got divorced and 3 years past and I went out one night and he was there so I took the chance and told him to call me and he did. He was still married but they were separated for a long time. He got his divorce the day before we got married. 2 months and counting. We were only back together for 6 months after 15 years of wishing we would have married each other a long time ago.

We met in high school. she picked my as her tennis partner. We have been married for 11 years now and have had may ups and downs. I would say that our love for each other is really what keep our marriage going. We are both very committed to keeping the vows that we said to each other. we have came close to divorce a couple times but have been able to work through our issues. I would also like to say that we keep rediscovering each other physically mentally and emotionally.

I met my wife in High School during our Jr. year. We were introduced to each other by a friend of ours. We started dating during our senior year. We knew each other for 4 years before we got married. We have been married now for 10 years, and we love each other more today than we did the day we got married.

What keeps our marriage going, being honest and open with each other, when conflicts come up, we sit down and calmly talk about it and resolve it, instead of letting our anger grow, and grow. We also take a very selfless attitude towards each other. I think of my wife, her feelings, needs and desires before my own, and she puts me, and my feelings needs and desires before her own.

Hope that this helps.

My husband and i are high school sweet hearts.

We was together for five years and then married.

We been married for 16 years.

Allot of work keeps a marriage together . bad and good. but i could not take the bad anymore, he cheated 3+ times so it was time to get a divorce. We have been divorced for a year now and he still wants me back.
Maybe in time ( like 3 more years) we will get back together but for now i want time alone to my self.
