If you can imagine two souls making love, yes. >> Considering that Heaven consists of spirits that have the mentality of well... spirits, there wouldn't be any relationships. Not the kind you are thinking of anyway.
What a weird question. By the way, I've also heard from a friend of mine who is able to communicate with ghosts on a certain level that male and female spirits are divided in Heaven and that they aren't allowed to stay together. No, I'm not kidding. But I find that strange, too.

I think there are relationships, just not sexual ones. I think when we die God removes the internal doo-hickies that make us want sex. So I picture heaven just a huge singles bar, but instead everyone gets to meet someone they'll be happy with.
