I have purchased a new PC. The PC is having norton anti virus but still while using net some kind of mailicious virus and spy virus comes in to it.please guide me how to remove them from PC and make my PC protect from such virus later on.

I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

Download Windows Defender from Microsoft. FREE.

If you have XP, there are malicious software updates at microsoft to be downloaded. Look through the site for all hotfixes and patches for Service Pak 2. They don't come installed on the system.
