You say that you "know i'm not gay because i know its very wrong". Who says it is wrong? Someone else who is telling you who your are? The only thing that is wrong is for you to pretend that you are someone that you are not. It could be that you only want to experiment, and that doesn't make you gay. Being gay is a definition of who you are attracted to. If you only have sexual thoughts about people that are the same sex as you, that means you are gay. If you only have sexual thoughts about people that are the opposite sex as you, that means you are straight. If you have sexual thoughts about both, then you are bi. Instead of listening to other people who tell you what is wrong or right, listen to yourself and decide for yourself who you are attracted to. It doesn't matter who you are attracted to, the only thing that matters is that who you are attracted to makes you happy.

I don't know that u wanting experiment with other guys is normal - but it is so COMMON & widespread.

If you really believe you are not gay or bi - then just go ahead and do it and try it and get it out of your system. then things will become clearer and you won't wonder anymore.

After you try a little fooling around with your buddy - you'll have a better idea if this is what you want on a steady basis.

you gotta try it and find out what the deal is. No other way.

Otherwise you'll always be wondering about it. But if you try it then this will settle the matter and clarify things in your mind.

Really.

OK??? Your not "GAY" or "BI" BUT... You have the "WANT" to experiment with one of your male friends?... Sounds to me like you need to know WHY you "KNOW ITS VERY WRONG" first... Then you can figure out if your "GAY" or "BI"... What's "NORMAL" is that your "WANT" is common. There are people out there like you... Your not alone. Start realizing that being Gay or bi is not a bad thing. It's not going to kill you if you are.( not trying to sign you up for a toaster) just want you to know it's not wrong to feel that way towards someone. So what if your " NOT GAY" or " NOT BI". Only you decide if it's acceptable for you to own that title. Experimenting or wanting to experiment ( in my eyes) makes you kind of gay or bi... But that doesn't mean you are. It's you that's got to face it. It's you that has to own it. Your the one that makes it so. You don't have to but it sounds like you WANT to.

Normal is a statistical measurement that only exists as a theoretical concept. So you're no more and no less normal than anyone else.

But that aside... I won't say that you *are* bi... but I will say that if you're having these fantasies, it's a possibility that you are regardless of how wrong you think it is. What you need to do (if you can, because this is very difficult) is set aside your ideas of what's wrong and then analyze your desire to experiment.

If you can actually do that, and your 'want' goes away, then it was just a desire to do something 'wrong,' a need for rebellion more than anything else.
If it doesn't go away... well, either you failed to suspend your beliefs, or you're actually bi and will have to deal with it.

You know you're not gay because it's very wrong? That's not going to be the reason you know you're not gay; it'll be because you don't desire men.

A lot of people have the desire to experiment with the same sex, and are neither gay, nor bisexual . . . but then again, a lot do have that desire, and are. It's normal, but you should probably do some introspection into your life and think about your desires and what they mean.

Good luck!

Let's see..."I know I'm not gay because I've been told all my life that gay people are bad, but I want to 'experiment' with one of my male friends because it just seems like it will feel so good". Sounds like denial to me! Quit trying to run for cover by saying you're not gay. You probably are *not* exclusively, but you *are* likely bi...and there's nothing abnormal about that!

Sounds like you are getting off on your taboo of having sex with a man. Homosexuality and bisexuality are not "wrong", whats wrong is to deny the truth about yourself.

Experimentation is healthy, however your thinking about being gay is not. Before you get involved with someone even for experimentation, get a handle on why you want to do something you think is so wrong.

yes it's normal. Just let go of the "i'm not gay or bi" thing.. "because it's wrong".

It's normal to be Gay, It's normal to be Bi, It's normal to be straight. And it's normal to experiment. :-)

First off, there is NOTHING wrong with being gay. It's normal for guys to want to experiment.

Experimentation goes on all of the time in male sexuality. Does it mean you are gay? No, but it could point towards bisexuality.
