The closest thing that I can think of is FNAC. It's mostly books and music with electronics and a Ticketmaster sort of thing. Their site is: http://fnac.fr/ and there's (at least) one in every major city. Hope this helps. :)

FNAC, already suggested by someone, is a huge store in Paris, very good. For on-line stuff, why not try the Amazon French language site? www.amazon.fr
