Why would you want to do that to a child??? Unusual names?? Especially from an Italian background? The name you give a child affects it for a lifetime. Be careful what you chose. Don't be like Johnny Cash, "A boy named Sue!' Best bet, name it after the father (first name) and then middle name after his father. That way, you show respect for their heritage, and the family name carries on.

anthony=most italian name ever

Leonardo, Raphael, Michaelangelo, and Donatello are the names of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and those names are really primo Italian names...I like the name Donatello the best

I don't know if you are religious but I like a few names that are unique...or at least not too common. Caleb, ephraim (efrum). I am not italian so sorry i can't help there.

Phelan means wolf. unfortunatly, it sounds a lot like Faye Lynn. LOL. Wife talked me out of that pretty quickly...
