Well, I just posted a fashion question not to long ago, but already there are several answers and a consensus. So, to follow up on that question, girls, what type of jeans do you think guys look best in? By that, I mean dark, light, stonewash, etc.

Firstly, I hate the carpenter jeans or, even worse, the jeans hanging off the butt look. It's about as attractive as women wearing grungy, old sweatpants. Men's jeans should fit properly and have a straight legs, hugging the shoes and shouldn't hide a man's bum. This is a mature, sexy look, the baggy look is simply juvenile. They should be a regular stone-wash, leaning toward being dark if need be. Light washed jeans look old very quickly. Also, a man should actually own real pants that aren't jeans to complement his wardrobe, just like women should own dresses and skirts. We can't be twelve forever.

I don't think the color really matters although i do not like the indigo pants...I prefer the stonewashed. They should be cut to where they can cover the part of the shoe your foot is in. I am not one for tight or baggy jeans. If you are more of a skater...go tighter. If you are more of a "gangster" baggier. If you don't fit into any of those then they shouldn't be fitted. They should be able to come off your legs at least an inch.

Color's less important than fit. Darker washes are generally more slimming (and can help make you look taller). They're also easier to dress up than light washes. Most girls don't really want to see your underwear while your pants are on. Straight-cut legs with the hem falling between about 1/2 an inch and 1 inch above the ground in the back when your shoes are on usually look good.

I like a guy in dark denim jeans, that are boot cut. Not really baggy though, but not to tight either. Ones that fit like a glove ^_^
But I don't really care what a guy wears really, just what I like best is all. And if a guy doesn't wear the jeans I like, oh well. I mean he can have his own style that he likes.

this is a very silly question. in the long run it does not matter what jeans you are wearing or what color/style they are. it is not like we go around and say....ooo that guy looks so good in his stonewash jeans. just wear what you like to wear and run with it. if a girl does not like you because you like to wear "dark" jeans than she is very immature and you should look for someone that is not so hung up on looks and what someone is wearing. best of luck!!!!!!!!

The color isn't really important, but the fit is. Relaxed fit is good--not tight, and not those huge "hip-hop" jeans that fall down and show your butt everytime you move.
