Share Broker Certificate for NSE & BSE available for rent?

I am a certified Share broker having BSE's Derivative certificate & NSE's Capital Market (Dealer) Module certificate. I am interested in renting out these certificates, as I am not utilising the same.
Is it possible to rent out these certificates, what shall be the possible rent per month. Can any body advise.

it is impossible to rent out these certificates
