I can enter all the information where it should be, but I can't save it, or I don't know how to save it, please help.

I think you have a problem with connectivity.

Please make sure that you are using the correect front end and backend version suggested by the software.

Incase you are not please uninstall the current version and install the version suggested in the documentation.

What you need to do is either:

-change the permissions on the folder so that the file can be written to the server.

OR

-download the file (it should offer to let you download the file), save it to your computer, then use an ftp program to put the file on the server.

The second solution is usually the simpler way to go unless you have direct access to the web server. Make sure to remove the directories necessary after you are done with the install (I don't remember which ones to remove off the top of my head).
