Not sure if it costs money, but Lexis-Nexis.com is a pretty good source. I get it free at school, but you may need to subscribe.

You can access the case on Findlaw here: http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/callawps.pl?pname=kelly-zurian

You will first need to register with Findlaw (for free).

I think this may be the only way to get to the case online for free, if you don't have access to Lexis or Westlaw.

Try Westlaw, www.westlaw.com. They are a subscription database with access to state and federal court cases. You might check with your local public or college library to see if they subscribe.
