Yes, just as much as before though with no sperm. Nothing changes after you have a vasectomy except that you can't father children anymore.

yes... you urologist should have a tape that covers everything....except the 2 bags of frozen peas,corn,etc.and the snug underware that will help tremendously after your local wears off...plan on about 1-2 days.
