I was at the store with my dad today. When my "friend" who is extremly moody and insults me came up to me to say hi. I just said hi back and didnt really talk much to her. I sort of tried to ignore her because she is always obnoxious twords me and she knows how it makes me feel but still acts obnoxious twords me anyways. In other words treats me like I dont even have feelings. She just talked away to me like every thing is perfect between us. She just doesnt seem to get the fact that I really dont like her all that much! Im not trying to be rude, but its really annoying! How should I have acted twords her? When will she understand that i dont appreciate her being mean to me? And yet she just acts like I have no feelings and everything is ok. When I have even told her how I feel about it! Should I still ignore her?

She probably acts that way b/c you do not speak up for yourself... i bet you keep everything in when you are angry or hurt instead of telling that person. Sometimes ppl tend to treat you like a doormat... like you dont even have feelings... well probably b/c you have never really voiced them...
Start speaking up and taking up for yourself.. when she is rude or rolls her eyes, say firmly, "Do you have a problem with something?" That should give her something to shutup about.

Maybe you should break the friendship. You say you told her how you feel. maybe you didn't say it in a serious enough tone. You should treat her the same way she treats you. if she comes out and tells you something then all you have to do is tell her NOW YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL. If no good then you girls aren't really friends.friends know how to treat each other and thats not how a friend should treat another.

You handled the situation right. just a hello and goodbye will safice. if you've already told her how it makes you feel and she continues to do this. she has no regards to your feelings. so your best to not hang out with her that often.

and just be polite with hello's and goodbyes. she should get the hint if not her loss.

yah ignore her as much as possible, sooner of later, unless she's a comeplete bone head, she should catch on. If not you may just have to be straight with her and tell her whats what to her face.

If you have already talked to her about it; I mean you told her directly that she in the past has been very mean to you and you do not appreciate it. If you have already done that and she continues to be mean, then you have to tell her directly not to speak to you and that you do not want to have anything to do with her.
