Yes,Ashlee is a result of one of Homer's drinking binges, she and her mother had to sue in order to legally acquire the name Simpson. After Ashlee was born, homer had a vasectomy, due to the shame. Lisa, Bart and Maggie are actually Barney's kids... Marge got full custody after Barney tried to sell Maggie for beer money.
