I think that not only do you share the luck equally, but everyone present gets to be lucky, too, by virtue of their presence. (Of course, I am lucky because I think I am, so I look for every opportunity to verify my contention that luck is all around.)

I'm not sure if this is the real answer, but my parents believe that the person who has the biggest part of the wishbone will live longer than the other. In my language it's not called a wishbone, so it has nothing to do with wishing.

Talking about the chicken bone when one breaks it and the one with largest piece gets to make a wish. In this case since it is broken evenly then both of you gets to make a wish.

I have never known that to happen.
If it did, it would mean that each person has an exact half of a wishbone, and that's about it.

we just made a wish with a chicken wishbone and that were exactly even. and yes we measured it.

It means that you need to messure it then you will fine out that one piece is longer then the other.
