my friend was married and her husband is a LPR in US. she is in africa .?

he had no family there her parents were killed for superstition believes,and now she should stay with her husband's family but that family plan to do a genital mutilation for her to protect her from prostitution during her separation with her husband. please i need advice.

When people stop the genital mutilation of infant boys I will listen more closely to people whining about the genital mutilation of girls and women.
