And if he is caught...it will be right before his final term ends...the blaze of glory that could save some face for him. Either way, I win. If he's not found with Bush in power...you lose...that's it.
I personally think that 9/11 was a set up...that Bin Laden will never be caught, and that the whole Iraq war is about oil and contractors...I think 'terrorism' is a wonderful illusion perpetrated on the American media through it's TV culture, and that it's military and president are the biggest terrorists on the planet.
Sorry about the rant...
Anyways...there's the bet.

Save your money, Richie Rich. Osama will be produced approx. 2 weeks before the 2008 presidential election. Mark your calender.

"...9/11 was a set up..." WTF? Why would anyone willingly allow such destruction?

There hasn't been real confirmation to Bin Laden's status, is he still alive?

Make whatever come-back comment you wish, looking at the bigger picture, it isn't about oil or contractors...if it were, the government could award whatever contract it wanted...'inventing' contracts for corporations. Governments are corrupt by nature, doesn't matter which political party is the majority at the time.

While Saddam did pose a threat, it was more insignificant than we really know. Saddam did treat his countrymen poorly, that's already been documented...I think he was an excuse to project a force in the area.

Why does the US need troops in the area? All you have to do is look right next door to Iraq. Don't forget, their president Amedinejihad (or better put...puppet of their religious fanatics) has led his citizens in chants of "death to America, death to Isreal". Until he (Amegonnahaveajihad) has nuclear weapons, being they are still a conventional military, our troops are a balance of power and we can not and aren't going to leave Iraq.

I'm anti-government......but VERY patriotic.

Put it to you this way.....seeing the bigger picture (world events, reading the Bible).......I am 36, a Navy veteran but been out for 13 years........I've decided to give up my career to join the US Marines.........so that my son and your son may not HAVE to!

I'm not sure if the capture of Bin Laden will do anything for the republicans in 2008. Laden has been out of the loop for too long and the only people keeping the name alive are democrats who ask questions like this. The US sort of made sure that Bin Laden will not effect elections by airing that there are more dangerous people. Bin Laden is just another one of the sheep flocking behind the shepard.

It's like the thought that Saddams verdict will get more republican publicity... It was too late and drawn out for anyone to claim it.

If you are an American I wished you'd move out and lavish your loyalties on some extremist muslim nation where they would teach you the facts about terrorism and show you just how real it is! As for finding Bin Laden I have the feeling you know where he is!

Do you really believe that a 6'6" 49 year old man with no kidney function who weighs a buck fifty when soaking wet really has avoided the entire US Army and the Pakistani Anti Terror forces searching for him in eastern Afghanistan. He is a puppet for the CIA to stir up trouble in the Muslim community. I hate to sound like a conspiracy nut but realistically what are the odds of him living comfortably amongst these troops wanting a hefty bounty.

I want you to go tell the 9-11 families that terrorism is a "wonderful illusion." I bet you $100,000 you wouldn't have the b*lls to do that, coward, not on your BEST day.

You think if Osama is caught that will make a big difference? I think you would have to seriously take on Syria and Hezbolla and that we need a big campaign to communicate with people over that way ....the ones of us with non traditionalists views of religion.....about how to be civil and what truth really is, somehow in their language...so our government needs to fund us to learn arabic to do that.

Maybe if you make that bet with G.W. Bush himself, he may actually go get the man.
