Your question really has no answer, if it did, everyone would be implementing those ideas all around the world. You can't change others or countries, only yourself. Study hard, work hard, take risks and keep an open mind to new views and ways of doing things...that's all anyone can do.

The politicians can be like John Kennedy and not take payment for office, just for a short time, or take a huge pay cut. However, unlike Kennedy, who gave it to charity, use that money to pay off the national debt,create job skill programs so that welfare can go back to being a "hand up" instead of a lifestyle. Nothing against welfare users I have needed it myself, but was able to get a job that payed well enough I did not need it. But it helped for the few months I needed it.

"This book called "Fixing your country for dummies". I gave it to some Mexicans in my nieghborhood. It left them with a lot to think about.
