I want to buy my girlfriend a fancy watch for christmas, but I don't know what kind. Is there any brand that is popular right now? what are all the cool people wearing? I don't want to spend more than $400. Thanks a for the help!!

That depends. Is your girlfriend the glam type? Or is she the laid back type? Delve into her personality (and personal wardrobe) and figure out what style she's really into. Especially check out her jewlery. Is she into diamonds, gold, silver? Is she trendy or a trendsetter? Here's what's on the streets:

Whatever you can afford without going into debt. Get a quality watch.
Look in the pawn shops, you can get good quality goods for less money.
Don't shop at Walmart. They treat workers lousy, hire illegals.

My husband bough me a fossil like 5 years ago, and it is still working, in good condition, etc. They are nice and not too expensive too!

Don't worry about "cool"...if your gonna spend up to 400...go with quality. Movado has nice ones....Shop around

you should try something nice, a little more expensive, but not anything too big or flashy because most girls don't like that, but i think you should just go with your gut, you know her better than we do, so pick out something like what she has pointed out for you or like something she already has.

go to macy's and look at all the guess watches they are usually under 100 dollars........and way cute....... just go to macy's.com and type in watches and go down to brands and click on guess?
