Something at your house is blocking either the URL, or possibly certain output (Flash video, for example) Ask your parents if they have parental guidance turned on.

If you hit refresh, do you eventually get the page?

You could try this: Click on Tools > Options on the browser menu. Go to the Advanced tab and click "Reset to default".

It really sounds like your ISP is failing you with a DNS problem.

Sounds like the settings on your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.) need adjusting in some way. Go to the "Tools / Options" menu and compare settings to what your "another house" settings are.

Also, if you have firewall / virus software like "Norton Internet Security" running, that could affect your access.

You may need to adjust your firewall settings. If it still does this after you readjust your settings, you may want to just hit the refresh button.

Sounds like content filtering to me. Check with whoever owns your network or subscribes to it to see if there are any "teen filters" on it..

Ask your parents if they set parental controls.
