Try surrealism artists like Joan Miro or Salvador Dali, they contort reality and mix subject matter to create an altered reality that resembles dreams or nightmares.

There is this new movement called neosurrealism, it's the Salvador Dali stuff made by computer graphics, so they are more realistic looking. If that's the kind of delusion you are talking about, you can just google Neosurrealism and some websites are going to direct you to many modern surrealist artists' works. Several famous older surrealist artists are: Salvador Dali, Giorgio de Chirico, René Magritte, and Yves Tanguy. You can trace Surrealism's root back to Cubism and Dada movement. M.C.Escher also created many works that you might consider "delusional", his famouse works are 'Relativity' and 'Drawing Hands'. Most of his works are shown on Wikipedia (see link below, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and see each of his works in the 'selected list of work'). The other artists that I have mentioned above, and their works should also be in wikipedia.

Usually it is the Artist that has the delusions.
Are you meaning illusions like in M.C. Escher's stuff?
Or are you meaning more of the absurd stuff from Salvador Dali?
