If a magazine or graphic tabloid, use:
KICK THE HABIT of test anxiety
TESTING STUDENTS the hidden face of test anxiety
COPING nervous students can kick test anxiety
TESTING MY NERVES teens *most* at risk of testing anxiety

If a newspaper, use:
Stats show test anxiety more than just a joke
Not just a joke: teens and their test anxiety

or reveal an alarming statistic in the headline, like:
Stats show 86% of test-takers get too nervous

Teen Test Anxiety: Is it real and how to deal
(covers the basic and goes into slight detail on the focus)

Teen Test Anxiety: Are you at risk?
(good if teens are the focus group of the article)

Test Anxiety and Teens: Why don't they mix?

Test Anxiety and Teens
(broad, but tells you the basic of what the article's about)

Maybe some of those will be ok with your advisor? Good luck!
