Yes, it's possible but you would never be able to return from the future and you would have to travel close to the speed of light somehow. According to Einstein's theories of relativity, if you travel close to the speed of light, time will slow down, so that hundreds of years could pass here on Earth while you travel at a fast speed. So you would return to Earth in the year 3000 for instance at the same age as you are now, but you would never be able to travel back in time. Time travel backwards is supposed to be impossible.

Going forward in time is easier than going backward in time. Both are still pretty hard since to create a time dilation effect, you have to accelerate close to the speed of light (time would slow down for you and you would travel into the future).... people would age and grow old.... depending on the velocity reached, an hour for you could be 60 years to other people. To attain these velocities require acceleration that would be nearly impossible to implement as the faster you go the greater your relative mass would be.
Travel backwards in time would require the impossible.... to attain a velocity that would be faster than light (the universal speed limit). But, while our concepts say it is impossible, we must remember there is much that we still are learning and not discovered as yet.

I'm not sure if it is possible, but if it is, I don't think you could separte future travel from past travel.

I don't think that this is possible and if it is, it will probably take longer than you may presume.
