The terrorists want their cause to grow and they want new people to come on board, so what kind of circumstances would best serve that end? Peace? Hardly. War? Conflict? You betcha!!

As long as the U.S. and its allies are fighting in the mid-east, as long as thousands and thousands of innocent people are being killed... the cause of terrorism is growing. The number of terrorists are growing. And the west is in more danger by the minute.

Force could handle this though. There is a show of force that would effectively wipe out international terrorism.
