Rey mysterio for sure. He was the only cruiserweight to ever hold moajor wwe title. His title reign was awesome.

In my eyes and heart Rey Mysterio is a darn better champ than King Booker even thou Rey has been through so much in his life, atleast he doesn't cheat like the wanna be king LOL.. hope this helps you out some

Rey Mysterio for sure, he was a humble champion, unlike King Booker milking for all it is worth. I think Teddy Long just needs to put the title and the kingship up for grabs in a match.

rey mysterio is the best wrestler yet I hate all the people who bad mouth him he is one of the nicest guys ever and he should be champion now and he is not the only crusier weight champion shan michaels. rvd. jericho all of them were under the heavy weight devision but rey is the best ever. if you want to see his face go to you tube.com and type in rey mysterio unmasked and you can see him without his mask
