Can you tell me your favorite piece by them and another band you like. Sounds strange, but I'm trying to find other god bands out there.

Money For Nothing is one of the great intros in rock. If you like tasty guitar, try Stevie Ray Vaughan and George Thorogood if you haven't already.

Toss up between Guy's soulful sax intro on Latest Trick, and a meloncholy Romeo & Juilet. Both songs evoke alot of emotion out of me both for different reasons at different times. Especially when the sax intro kicks in!
EMO bands are the rage at the moment, but a like my music a bit more mellow. Love listening to Kenny G, John Mayer, Santana, and a good aussie band called Eskimo Joe....worth checking out!
Hope you find that interesting..cheers!!

THE BEST song of theirs? "Calling Elvis".
The drum track was played by the late Jeff Porcaro (Toto's co-founder and first drummer).

Jeff's impeccable 'time' and groove and brush work drives the tune like the freight train it is.
Knopfler's guitar work ain't half bad either but Jeff's sense of humor comes through in his playing and just knocks this tune outta the ballpark.

It's from Dire Straits' record "On Every Street".
And was one of the last things Jeff did before his heart attack.
