If you deleted cookies from that site, they would be restored after you typed the address in the address bar and opened their site.
Did you change your internet options to disallow cookies? If you did, many sites will not give you access.

Internet Options
check your settings
I have my "Privacy" set to Medium. So far, no problem. That's o.k. for me. I don't want any smut.
