It is an air intake hose. This item is available from the dealer and also aftermarket made by a company called Dorman. The aftermarket may be cheaper but they will probably have to order it in.

Generally referred to as the "air induction" tube. That name and the description you provided will get you what you need, but the dealer is the only place to get a new one. You might try a wrecking yard.

well if its theair box for the intake you have a small one called the breather hose if its a really big one then its the air intake hose usaly only found at the dealer

the pcv valve is where a vacuum is applied to the block in order to pull vapors from the block. the other hose is where air should be allowed into the block to replace what was just pulled from it. it is called a breather hose or breather as mentioned.
