I would have to go with Neal Peart...he's easily the best there is BUT I'm hardly a fan of Rush....the drummer in my band just thinks he's the greatest and I tend to agree!! He's got a hell of a drum set!!!

Charlie Watts. He is not the flashest and he does not do 15 minute solos but he lays down a great foundation for a song. He has a good jazz and blues background as well.

Rick Allen-Def Leppard. He is awesome! He overcame his dibilitating injury of loosing his arm to show he can still rock out! My vote is for him, hands down!
